Finca Ambrosía Viña Única Malbec is a delightfully tich and smooth Argentinian red wine made at an environmentally sustainable winery. All their wines come from their own vineyards.
Made using 100% Malbec, Argentina’s signature red grape varietal, the grapes for this wine grew at an altitude of 1,250 metres above sea level in the Uco Valley, one of South America’s most exceptional terroirs. The wide daily temperature range provides perfect ripening conditions, whilst the stony soils reflect and retain heat.
Fermentation for this wine took place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s fruity flavours. After fermentation, it then aged for 15 months in both new and used French oak barrels, then nine months in bottle to develop a complex tertiary flavour palate.

Producer’s Tasting Notes
This wine boasts a complex flavour profile with notes of black fruit, dark plum, vanilla, cedar, and spices. The palate shows pure, ripe red cherries notes, complemented by bright, fresh acidity and a long, floral finish. The wine has a chalky texture that is well balanced with a medium palate weight.
