Belsazar vermouths are made from Baden wines and carefully chosen botanical ingredients blended with family produced Black Forest fruit brandy and aged in stoneware until ready for bottling. The White vermouth is gold in colour and shows peach and orange characterisitcs on the nose with a hint of vanilla. The palate is bittersweet with plenty of stone fruits as well as fresh herb characterisitcs and some more earthy spice.
