Producer’s Tasting Notes

Very deep wine, clean, bright, nice ruby colour with garnet evolution.

On the nose, very intense, spicy (clove, cinnamon), notes of dark chocolate.

Reminiscence of jam, red fruits. Presence of toasts. Very pleasant on the palate, tasty, good acidity, homogeneous, smooth.

Very long finish. Gourmand and complex. Memories of fruit and light touches of barrel are maintained. Cacao hints.
